On this day in 1967, James Bedford was the first person to be "cryonically preserved" (aka frozen like a popsicle).
I'm pretty sure it's not actually cold enough in this house that I'll suffer the same fate, but we'll see. I'm layering, and layering some more, and about to whip out the tattered old quilt to snuggle in, too.
It's possible I'm just a very delicate flower, but as much as I like the seasons (and the snow, sort of -- it's pretty!), winter gets me every time. Especially January.
Whoever invented hot tea (and hot chocolate and lattes) definitely didn't live in Bermuda, is what I'm saying.
